Pulmonary embolism is a common and life–threatening disease that develops under the influence of multiple triggers - predisposing factors. Their detailing in different groups patients makes it possible to more effectively prevent diagnose pathology question. This article presents result study analysis modern ideas about risk factors pulmonary women at age periods. At young age, from 18 44 years old, there relationship between venous thromboembolic complications conditions increase level activity estrogens (taking oral contraceptives, pregnancy, use assisted reproductive technologies, presence hormone-dependent neoplasms), thrombophilia obesity. In over 45 – with concomitant diseases hormone replacement therapy. All presented significantly likelihood developing corresponding periods, their combination this even higher.
