AbstractGlobal programmes (GPs) are crucial actors in transnational policy transfer but understudied literature. The paper explores GP terms of instruments, space, and time from a comparative perspective. Employing thematic analysis policy/programme files using the to prevent gender-biased sex selection as case study, compares implementation across diverse countries regions. This inaugural article delineates the vision and scope of new section "Qualitative Comparative Policy Studies" Journal Analysis. The co-editors present five key features section: comparative, transnational, relational, global, self-reflective. Concretely, they invite contributions on qualitative empirical research that (i) is comparative in its methods interpretive framework, (ii) draws transnational dimension, (iii) considers relational dimension network governance, (iv) recognizes an unequal global setting, (v) self-reflective interrogates international comparison as a governance tool. By definition, contextual differentiates between place space temporalities policy analysis (period, timing, tempo, sequence, lifespan, age).

Em 2017, o Brasil enviou um pedido formal de acessão à Organização para a Cooperação e Desenvolvimento Econômico (OCDE), qual foi aceito em janeiro 2022. junho do mesmo ano, país recebeu roteiro acessão. Neste período, sociedade civil se mobilizou que OCDE cobrasse altos padrões políticas públicas. Este estudo tem por objetivo compreender as motivações estratégias da ação transnacional organizações (OSCs), seus interesses mecanismos interação com OCDE. A análise feita meio pesquisa documental, rastreamento processo levantamento exaustivo material das seguintes OSCs: Conectas Direitos Humanos, Human Rights Watch, OECD Watch Federação Internacional Humanos. Os resultados mostram atuação constante durante aproximadamente dois anos, ações conhecimento, influenciar Brasil, estratégia bumerangue junto OCDE, matéria socioambientais direitos humanos. ajuda avançar fronteiras conhecimento nos campos política externa, públicas transferência políticas.

This paper addresses challenge by examining the usefulness Social Network Analysis (SNA) for policy research, which methodology focuses attention on central structure social systems foregrounds relationships between primary unit analysis.
