This study aims to examine the relationships between healthcare organizations’ sustainability performance and 1) green practices, 2) organizational culture, 3) quality management practices. We proposed a conceptual model of formulated three hypotheses. The findings showed that initiatives practices affect performance, specifically social environmental performance. did not support contribution role culture on provides important strategic guidance for professionals who work balance implementation corporate triple bottom line dimensions results positive outcomes can be achieved when organizations commit issues strategically invest in cost-efficient eco-friendly initiatives.

Voice Assistants (VA), driven by artificial intelligence, are gaining prominence, and becoming increasingly relevant in various domains. Their distinctiveness lies the incorporation of human-like attributes, setting them apart from conventional technologies firmly situating within domain Anthropomorphic Technologies (AT). This study aimed to comprehensively examine impact customer gender, gender Assistant (AVA) kind relationship customers perceive form with AVA on customers’ attitudes towards using an experimental design.
