Purpose The present study aims to investigate the factors of loan access that affect entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) and operating efficiency Indian Micro, Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, intended influence ESE on MSMEs its mediating role. Design/methodology/approach In this study, exploratory research design is used. heavily relies primary data which has been collected by using survey method from a cross-section 617 women-owned MSMEs, located in urban, rural, suburban exurban areas Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh NCR-Delhi. partial least square structural equation modeling version 3.3.3 used evaluate. Findings terms selected affecting finance, it established Loan Formalities, Banking Process, Staff Responsiveness Incentive Scheme have positive significant enhancing accessibility finance improving performance firms. findings also show mediates relationship between various MSMEs. Purpose The research examines the impact of creativity-oriented human resources management (HRM) and quality (QM) on firm performance, social sustainability environmental focusing mediating role commercialization. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 527 experts based in Istanbul with at least 5 years experience information technologies (IT) sector. sample includes a demographic distribution according to age ranges educational qualifications.
