The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the delivery of education across United States, giving rise to a myriad challenges for university students. Yet, many students demonstrated tremendous resilience. Using an online survey conducted at Hispanic-Serving Institution in May 2021, this study examines relationship between coping strategies, learning barriers, and resilience among Public Administration approximately one year into while were still taking their courses online. regression analysis 180 responses finds positive statistically significant correlation proactive strategies resilience, avoidant barriers are inversely correlated with student Moreover, lessened negative effect both on findings imply that programs should prioritize efforts strengthen reduce support success.
