This paper explored the utilization of a sliding mode controller bidirectional DC-DC buck-boost converter for bus voltage control within station. aims promptly respond fluctuations, offering robustness against variations parameters, external disturbances, uncertainties. Control strategies play critical role mitigating link fluctuations ensuring stability. The entails photovoltaic array employing maximum point tracking optimal energy harnessing. In addition, is employed effectively manage battery buck discharging boost mode. A comparative analysis between Proportional-Integral incorporating washout filter was conducted. assessment simulated validated using MATLAB/Simulink, Sim Power System toolbox. proposed model offers comprehensive solution integrating solar power, storage, grid-based by enhancing overall efficiency reliability.
