Estrogen plays a multifaceted function in humans via interacting with the estrogen receptors ERα, ERβ, and G protein-coupled receptor 1 (GPER1). Previous research has predominantly concentrated on elucidating signaling route of estrogen. However, comprehensive understanding expression profile control these various human tissues is not well known.
