Biodiesel is an alternative fuel source due to the extended value of fossil fuel; it has cleanliness and extends longevity diesel engine. The present study aims improve properties palm oil methyl ester (POME) by adding a 50 ppm CaO nanoadditive mix. assessed engine performance at modified compression ratio 18.5:1 using six distinct mixes POME under four varying loads constant speed 1500 r/min. POME40 demonstrated most favorable outcome among blends, succeeded combined with POME40. This combination enhanced brake thermal efficiency 2.19% reduced brake-specific consumption 4.2%. It also achieved 16% increase in exhaust gas temperature 25% reduction carbon monoxide emissions compared without CaO.
