With the continuous development of detection technology, single technologies such as radar and infrared (IR) can no longer meet current needs. The design metamaterials is gradually moving towards multispectral compatible design. In this work, a polarization converter with low IR emissivity checkerboard metasurface radar-IR bi-stealth were proposed. filling rate indium-tin-oxide(ITO) increased to reduce without affecting conversion efficiency. addition, based on cross section (RCS) reduction theory composed units, broadband RCS structure designed analyzed. A sample was fabricated microwave characteristics measured. numerical simulation results are in good agreement measurement results. show that (PCR) higher than 90% frequency range 7.98-12.02 GHz, axial ratio (AR) between 0.5 2 6.92-7.56 GHz 12.48-15.78 for proposed converter. exceeded 10 dB 7.7-11.8 GHz. Meanwhile, less 0.3 8-14 µm exhibits optical transparency. This indicates potential application multifunctional materials.

In this work, we introduce a solar rectenna that is combined with periodic subwavelength spiral antenna and metal-oxide-semiconductor photon-assisted tunneling diode. We obtain spectral absorption electromagnetic field distributions by numerical simulations calculate the current densities generated rectenna. The results indicate broadband peak value over 0.99 achieved in range of 400-2500 nm. Additionally, figure merit for electric enhancement reaches 10
