The most efficient way to create novel materials that may be used in a variety of optoelectronic applications is thought doped mixed polymers with appropriate fillers. Undoped and PVC ZnS/Mn formed at different temperatures were fabricated using the casting method. Rietveld method was discover structure microstructure Zn0.95Mn0.05S prepared T = 300, 400, 500 °C. distribution existence nanofiller over matrix determined via XRD, FTIR, EDS, SEM techniques. effect preparation on absorption, transmittance, reflectance, refractive index, extinction coefficient, dielectric constant, AC conductivity, electrical modulus, DC conductivity activation energy data polymer studied diffused reflectance technique. Doping (prepared 300 °C) lowered direct indirect optical band gaps from 5.4 4.52 eV minimum values 4.55 3.63 eV. fluorescence intensity pure greatly enhanced upon loading ZnS/Mn. exhibited two near UV peaks, one violet blue color, while, addition, green orange colors. corresponding CIE diagram for all samples also determined.

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/0.25% polyaniline (PANi)/x wt % MWCNTs (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, 1) blends were formed. The X-ray diffraction technique was used to investigate the formation of different blends. effects amounts on optical parameters and emitted colours investigated. band gaps for PVA/0.25% PANi/x are 3.24, 3.13, 3.05, 2.99, 2.84, 2.95 eV when in become 0.0, 1 %, respectively. modifications upon loading PVA/ PANi with indicated that investigated promising candidates solar cell photocatalysis applications. DC conductivity exhibited a maximum value blend 0.8 wt% MWCNTs. All have two activation energies. influence dielectric constant, AC conductivity, impedance, electric modulus, characteristic frequency, Nyquist plot examined.
