The increasingly digital landscape of higher education has highlighted the importance self-regulated learning in environments. To support this, academic goal setting is frequently used to enhance order improve performance. Abstract Background Insulin resistance and the G allele of rs738409 interact to create a greater risk metabolic dysfunction–associated steatotic liver disease. Objective This study aims confirm that one promising way reduce insulin is by following very low–carbohydrate (VLC) dietary pattern. Methods Adults with rs738409-GG or -CG steatosis elevated function tests, were taught an ad libitum VLC diet, positive affect mindful eating skills, goal setting, self-monitoring given feedback coaching for 4 months. We measured steatosis, anthropometric, serum diet adherence, quality life measures. Results In this small pilot trial, 11 participants enrolled, 9 (82%) completed outcomes. All viewed at least 1 session intervention, 8 (73%) half sessions. Among who provided 4-month self-report information, intervention satisfaction was high (mean 6.22, 95% CI 5.58-6.85), 5 (56%) rating top score, (44%) reporting they did not plan stop diet. Across hepatic fat percent measurement, change in −33.17% (95% −86.48 20.14), only adherent pattern, −53.12% −71.25 −34.99). Amongst 6 out (75%) considered responders, relative decline ≥30%, body weight, (100%) lost ≥5% their weight. There no serious adverse events. Conclusions suggest feasibility, acceptability, preliminary efficacy adults higher genetic disease, although there need further studies sample size substantial biases study.

Abstract Positive psychological interventions (PPI) hold promise for boosting well‐being and quality of life in diverse populations, but not much is known about their efficacy as ecological momentary (EMIs, e.g. via mobile applications) daily life. This meta‐analysis uses random‐effects models to examine the PPI‐EMIs compared control groups (active or passive) exploring study region, age, gender, risk bias moderators. Overall, 16 studies were included ( N = 3397, 69.1% female, M age 21.87, SD 13.02). We observed clinically significant effects favor intervention positive affect at posttest k 6; g 0.29; p 0.05) follow‐up 5; 0.21; 0.13). No moderator found. Here we impose an interpretative framework on previously published literature theory, present theoretical brings into focus the multifaceted determinants their interactions across multiple domains levels scale. We define positive psychological experience, promoted by connections to self, community environment, supported healthy vagal function, all which are impacted socio-contextual factors lie beyond control individual. By emphasising within individual highlighting how function both affects key domains, biopsychosocial underpinnings explicitly linked context is consistent with, yet complementary to, multi-levelled ecological systems theory. Reflecting reciprocal relationships between scale related social contextual known impact wellbeing, our GENIAL may provide foundation transdisciplinary science potential promote individuals while also playing role in tackling major societal challenges.
