Abstract
Background
Insulin
resistance
and

Positive
psychological
interventions
(PPI)

known
about
their
efficacy
as
ecological
momentary
(EMIs,
e.g.

mobile
applications)

meta‐analysis

random‐effects
models
to

PPI‐EMIs
compared
control
groups

passive)

moderators.

studies

The
construct
of
wellbeing
has
been
criticised

a
neoliberal
construction
western
individualism
that
ignores
wider
systemic
issues

inequality

anthropogenic
climate
change.
Accordingly,
there
have
increasing
calls
for
broader
conceptualisation
wellbeing.
Here
we
impose
an
interpretative
framework
on
previously
published
literature
theory,
present
theoretical
brings
into
focus
the
multifaceted
determinants
their
interactions
across
multiple
domains
levels
scale.
We
define
positive
psychological
experience,
promoted
by
connections
to
self,
community
environment,
supported
healthy
vagal
function,
all
which
are
impacted
socio-contextual
factors
