The article is devoted to the assessment of digital inequality in regions Russia. authors have developed a comprehensive index based on concept three levels inequality. A method conducting level-by-level with subsequent integration results into single complex proposed. Three groups statistical indicators were used for assessment. first characterizes features population’s access technologies, second—the skills using Internet, and third—the effectiveness its use real life. Based calculations performed, maps constructed territory study made it possible compare level across subjects Russian Federation, identify highest lowest inequality, draw conclusions about causes affecting computer literacy population regions. revealed that there are infrastructure problems remote regions, economic constraints among low-income groups, lack rural populations older age groups. Some such as Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, show high despite low development. In other North Caucasus, poor development, literacy, efficiency technology improve quality strategy digitalization economy should consider not only investments but also programs population.

В статье предложен анализ госуправления развития регионов Республики Казахстан в условиях цифровой трансформации, обусловленный тем, что последние десятилетия наблюдается стремительное развитие цифровых технологий, которые трансформируют экономику и общество. этой связи, является ключевым фактором для обеспечения устойчивого равномерного экономического роста, так как цифровая трансформация предоставляет инструменты более точного анализа потребностей возможностей регионов. Авторами дан развитием Казахстана контексте а также предложена связь с цифровым пространством кодификацией законодательства, отражены существенные тенденции стратегические аспекты современной эпохе цифрового развития. процессе исследования проанализированымеханизм методы госуправления, применяемые целом РК, акцентом на воздействие интеграцию определения эффективности адаптивности государственных стратегий трансформации.Для прогнозных значений показателя «Общие затраты ИКТ (с учетом организации госуправления», «Объем реализации услуг через Интернет» млн. тенге» 2023-2026гг. построены трендовая модель, результаты которой свидетельствуют о том, если ближайшее время будет устойчивое региональное развитие, связанное услугами области трансформации это способствовать дальнейшему развитию увеличению притока финансирования инвестирования. обобщен опыт исследований, проведенных отечественных, зарубежных исследовательских работах, позволивший сформулировать общую цель РК трансформации. The digitization process has triggered a profound transformation of modern societies. It encompasses broad spectrum technical, social, political, cultural and economic developments related to the mass use computer- internet-based technologies. is now becoming increasingly clear that also changing existing structures social inequality new digital are emerging.
