The New Generation Productive Capacity Index (PCI) and the E-Government Development (EGDI) are increasingly used in various economies. Therefore, can e-government contribute to continuous development of new generation productive capacity? Focusing on this important issue, paper systematically examines mechanism impact capacity tests it using relevant data from major global Firstly, conducts regression analysis panel fixed-effects model, results show that has a positive facilitating effect capacity. Secondly, will directly reduce time, procedural, monetary costs for enterprises individuals obtain government services, thereby promoting production Finally, specific changes structure social expenditures education general increase, but total household not be affected by construction e-government. research contribution is mainly reflected following three aspects: first, terms perspectives, extends e-government’s ability improve efficiency governments organizations handling affairs its society. Second, contributes theory topic This proposes equilibrium model reveal public, more comprehensively whole economy. Third, empirical evidence. utilizes economies around world mutual influence between capacity, then effectively proves governments, enterprises, through test cost financial mechanism. Different existing literature, focuses revealing does increase burden reduces firms individuals, thus providing insights into productivity effects development.
