Impacts of climate change on climate-vulnerable populations receive little attention in the literature compared to general population across globe, including Ghana’s Northern Region, than it has availability, sources, and kinds services. Understanding level effects utilizing information farmers’ livelihoods is important for policy evaluation. Therefore, this study investigates how farmers three groups Region make adaptation decisions based information. Using a concurrent nested mixed research (quantitative qualitative) approach, we collected data from 384 sampled farm household respondents, focus group discussions, experts’ (Key-informants) opinions region. We analyze using descriptive statistics probit model. The results mean indicate that whereas climate-vulnerability perceived variability, less utilized more 7.1 their counterparts, 5.2 3.3 moderate high vulnerability, respectively.
