The capital of Saudi Arabia is evolving into one the most attractive cities in Middle East due to various ambitious expansion projects aligned with Vision 2030. This urban development strategy requires researchers adopt evaluation approaches based on comprehensive sustainability criteria, including environmental and cultural sustainability, community involvement, economic feasibility. study utilizes Delphi methodology define criteria their importance, employing technique gather insights from a group experts through three rounds questionnaires. responses were analyzed using Top-of-Priority Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) develop an integrated model, which assessed architectural practices Riyadh key projects: King Fahad National Library, Qasr Al-Hokm, Arabia's Digital City. Data sources included extensive site visits, project documentation, expert evaluations. model demonstrated varying levels across projects. Library Al-Hokm showed high scores practices, while City lagged behind several areas, highlighting need for improvement. research enhances understanding how globalization influences renewal emphasizes importance developing effective models that address multifaceted nature sustainability. findings underscore continuous reassessment initiatives city align both international standards local contexts. proposed successfully tests frameworks at level, indicating areas future enhancements contributing valuable toward achieving sustainable Arabia.
