The current study relied on community-based participatory action research and qualitative methodology to explore the necessary skills knowledge psychotherapists need work effectively with foster youth their families. In this study, team conducted interviews focus groups stakeholders (n = 48) in child welfare learn how support therapeutic relationships clients. Nurses routinely face psychological challenges as part of their work, acutely so during times crises when nurses may treat many severely injured and dying patients. While the need for such support is well documented in literature, mental health programmes aimed at healthcare workers, even available, are often underutilised, especially by nurses. To gain insights about needed supports programme implementation, this study examines a launched following surprise attack on Israel 7 October, 2023, resulting thousands deaths injuries precipitating war. The deployed 30 volunteer trained cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma first aid to offer up three, anonymous, 30-min online therapy sessions around December 2023. The need to develop psychotherapists' skills respond current treatment challenges, such as addressing trauma due the refugee crisis, is increasing. However, there a dearth of evidencebased training for psychotherapists who work with refugees, especially in frontline countries. A randomly selected sample 80 clinicians working unaccompanied minors (UAMs) Greek accommodation centers nationwide participated an intensive trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) (n=44) or control-group (n=36) and completed Professional Quality Life Scale, Work Meaning Inventory questionnaire assess knowledge therapeutic skills, pre-andpost measurements. Clinicians 1-3 years experience refugees reported higher burnout (p=0.012, M=25.78 vs M=22.04) secondary traumatic stress than those less year (p=0.014, M=22.03 M=18.04). Positive meaning at increased both groups post-test (TF-CBT group: p=0.019, M=15 M=13.6, control p<0.001, M=15.17 M=13.42). TF-CBT group outperformed (p=0.021, M=10.15 M=8.75) identified lower number children post-traumatic disorder symptoms (p=0.009, M=6.94 M=4.33) post-training. This study provides preliminary evidence on effectiveness equipping UAMs, while their professional quality life warrants further research.

Adolescence is characterized by ongoing neurodevelopment and psychosocial development, resulting in a unique window to the adverse effects of traumatic events substance use. BACKGROUND Childhood trauma is pervasive, with approximately 50% of adolescents experiencing at least one potentially traumatic event (PTE) before adulthood. Of PTE-exposed adolescents, 8-33% develop posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). PTSD can cause extreme suffering and coincides a high number comorbid illnesses high-risk behaviors. be effectively treated in through weekly sessions eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) or trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
