A total of 300 SMEs including beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries the Presidential Business Development Support initiative were surveyed in Ghana using structured interview questionnaires. The survey objectives to (i) investigate extent adoption emerging technologies Internet Things (IoTs), Artificial Intelligence (AI), e-Commerce, Mobile Banking Social Media among Ghana; (ii) identify main barriers technologies; (iii) explore any association between level technology by access new markets. Close 60% beneficiary had adopted less sophisticated such as social media, mobile banking e-commerce compared 50% non-beneficiaries. Overall, than 5% AI IoTs. This study Technological-Organizational-Environmental (TOE) framework adoption. top five identified from this are: lack finance, insufficient government support, absorptive capability, (iv) demand (v) poor enabling infrastructure. better sub-regional (West Africa), regional (Africa) international markets Logit regression results showed that most significant factors positively influencing are Education, Marketing Skills, Human Resource Gender, Market Opportunities Financial Improvement. There was a positive but weak correlation market opportunities.
