Against
the
unprecedented
outbreaks
of
COVID-19
variants,
countries
have
introduced
restrictive
measures
with
discretion,
ranging
from
lifting
closure
thoroughly
to
implementing
stringent
policies,
but
all
together
guarding
global
public
health.
Under
changing
circumstances,
we
firstly
apply
panel
data
vector
autoregression
(PVAR)
model,
using
a
sample
176
countries/territories
15
June
2021
April
2022,
estimate
potential
associations
among
policy
responses,
progression
in
deaths
and
vaccination,
medical
resources
possessed.
Furthermore,
use
random
effect
method
fixed
speculation,
examine
determinants
variances
across
regions
over
time.
Our
work
has
four
main
findings.
Firstly,
it
showed
existence
bidirectional
relationship
between
stringency
variables
interest
including
new
daily
deaths,
fully
vaccinated
percentage
health
capacity.
Secondly,
conditional
on
availability
vaccines,
sensitivity
responses
death
numbers
tends
decline.
Thirdly,
role
capacity
matters
coexisting
virus
mutation.
Fourthly,
regarding
variance
time,
impact
be
seasonal.
As
geographical
differences
present
analysis
for
Asia,
Europe,
Africa,
they
show
different
levels
dependencies
determinants.
These
findings
suggest
that
correlations
exist
complex
context
wrestling
COVID-19,
as
government
interventions
exert
influence
spread,
also
progress
alongside
multiple
factors
evolving
pandemic.
This
study
will
help
policymakers,
practitioners,
academia
formulate
comprehensive
understanding
interactions
contextualized
implementation
factors.
