Abstract Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the most significant challenges to global health and economic social aspects. This disease has spread millions people caused hundreds thousands deaths worldwide. not only posed unprecedented unforeseen public systems in early 21st century but also created a set for police departments law enforcement agencies Methods: We conducted scoping review map existing literature on relationship between government type controlling COVID-19. searched electronic databases such as PubMed, EMBASE, Web Science, Google Scholar. included studies that were countries with different types governance published data their deployment identified 18 met our inclusion criteria. used four-quadrant composition model plot based extent deployment. found complex among type, enforcement, control. Results: Based subject various parts world, four-zone (Governance Policing Types - GPT) proposed accordance use indicates clear epidemiological crises. Research findings suggest emergencies, effective response can keep individuals away from potential risks ensure safety well-being. Conclusion: Governance quality involvement are essential managing pandemics; however, balanced approach needed protect both individual rights. Democratic generally have better decision quality, authoritarian make decisions more quickly. Countries combined speed decision-making achieved exceptional results. More research understand long-term effects management strategies.

Several publications on the concept and structure of SARS-CoV-2 COVID-19 over past three years target medical biomedical scientists, rightly so, as experts in search solutions made efforts to understand molecular coronavirus. The multidisciplinary audience who needs help understanding scientific discourse complexity is left guess dark. Studies show that a lack proper pandemic can have several consequences, including accepting conspiracy theories, misinformation, negative attitudes against public health safety measures, vaccine hesitation. This study uses metadata extracted from published documents concepts indexed Web Science between 2020 2021 create an abstract visual metaphor about pandemic. Based cognitive connection theory, we develop model visualization explains conceptual for non-biomedical audience. analytics highlights concepts, characteristics, interrelationships network map, connecting some viral/coronavirus pandemics epidemics, particularly H1N1, SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV. generate insight ongoing audiences.

Against the unprecedented outbreaks of COVID-19 variants, countries have introduced restrictive measures with discretion, ranging from lifting closure thoroughly to implementing stringent policies, but all together guarding global public health. Under changing circumstances, we firstly apply panel data vector autoregression (PVAR) model, using a sample 176 countries/territories 15 June 2021 April 2022, estimate potential associations among policy responses, progression in deaths and vaccination, medical resources possessed. Furthermore, use random effect method fixed speculation, examine determinants variances across regions over time. Our work has four main findings. Firstly, it showed existence bidirectional relationship between stringency variables interest including new daily deaths, fully vaccinated percentage health capacity. Secondly, conditional on availability vaccines, sensitivity responses death numbers tends decline. Thirdly, role capacity matters coexisting virus mutation. Fourthly, regarding variance time, impact be seasonal. As geographical differences present analysis for Asia, Europe, Africa, they show different levels dependencies determinants. These findings suggest that correlations exist complex context wrestling COVID-19, as government interventions exert influence spread, also progress alongside multiple factors evolving pandemic. This study will help policymakers, practitioners, academia formulate comprehensive understanding interactions contextualized implementation factors.

This study presents a comprehensive COVID-19 vaccination model, integrating breakthrough transmission, and evaluates its efficacy through various analytical techniques. To assess secondary infections, four effective reproduction rates are computed corresponding to different disease states. The sensitivity analysis of the is conducted using PRCC identify influential compartments parameters. model extended incorporate five time-dependent control interventions reduce infected compartments, with optimisation performed Pontryagin maximum principle. A cost-effectiveness these strategies average ratio. Analysis shows that does not undergo backward bifurcation, meaning stable disease-free equilibrium cannot coexist endemic equilibrium. findings show strict adherence standard operating procedures most single intervention. In contrast, combined approach incorporating all in averting infections lowest ACER.

Control and prevention strategies are indispensable tools for managing the spread of infectious diseases. This paper examined biological models post-vaccination stage a viral outbreak that integrate two important mitigation tools: social distancing, aimed at reducing disease transmission rate, vaccination, which boosts immune system. Five different scenarios epidemic progression were considered: (ⅰ) "no control" scenario, reflecting natural evolution without any safety measures in place, (ⅱ) "reconstructed" representing real-world data interventions, (ⅲ) "social distancing scenario covering broad set behavioral changes, (ⅳ) "vaccine demonstrating impact vaccination on spread, (ⅴ) "both controls concurrently" incorporating vaccine simultaneously. By comparing these scenarios, we provided comprehensive analysis various intervention strategies, offering valuable insights into dynamics. Our innovative approach to modeling cost control gave rise robust computational algorithm solving optimal problems associated with public health regulations.
