Introduction:
workplace
bullying

phenomenon

negatively
impacts
the
mental
health
of
workers
and
increases
absenteeism.
The
objective
this
systematic
review
to
identify
research
on
in
academic

2019
2024,
analyzing
its
effects
effectiveness
institutional
policies
prevent
it.Methods:
PRISMA
guidelines
for
were
applied,
using
Web
Science,
PubMed
ProQuest
databases.

low-level
production

Serbia.

research

it

key
challenges
psychophysical
processes
encountered
by
manufacturing
operators,
including
shift
work
work-life
balance,
prolonged
standing,
work-related
pressure,
stress,
strategic
abuse.
Additionally,
role
direct
supervisors
as
perpetrators
is
explored,
emphasizing
importance
operators
process.
The
critically
discusses
why
researcher
proposals,
despite
their
theoretical
practical
excellence,
remain
unimplemented
Serbia,
some
exceptions
good
practice.
Finally,
achieving
meaningful
change
requires
deeper
analysis
economic
cultural
factors,
systematic
active
engagement
from
institutions
industries
creating
healthier
working
conditions.
