This chapter examines the phenomenon of workplace abuse in low-level production positions, with a particular focus on Serbia. Utilizing existing research and unique approach, it analyzes key challenges psychophysical processes encountered by manufacturing operators, including shift work work-life balance, prolonged standing, work-related pressure, stress, strategic abuse. Additionally, role direct supervisors as perpetrators is explored, emphasizing importance operators process. The critically discusses why researcher proposals, despite their theoretical practical excellence, remain unimplemented Serbia, some exceptions good practice.
