Background: Acacia catechu is a valuable plant with diverse applications in traditional medicine, industry and ecological management. This abundant the Guna district of central India but lacks scientific research on its phytochemistry, properties, medicinal uses. Aim: The present study analyzed six different bark extracts (methanol, ethanol, aqueous, acetone, chloroform benzene) native for their concentration-dependent, season-dependent (winter, summer, Manson), solvent-dependent Lipid Peroxidation (LPO) inhibition potential. Methods: In this vitro study, Fe2+ ions were used to induce LPO via oxidative stress liver kidney tissue homogenate, end product reaction, i.e., Malondialdehyde (MDA), was measured as MDA formed/hour/mg protein. bibliographic analysis done using dimention.ai database from 1999 June 13th, 2024. Cancer immunotherapy is a relatively new approach to cancer treatment. Peptides that target specific pathways and cells involved in immunomodulation can potentially improve the efficacy of therapy. Recently, we reported iPD-L1 as novel inhibitor peptide specifically targets cell ligand PD-L1 (programmed death 1). responsible for inhibiting immune checkpoint protein PD-1 expressed by regulatory T cells. On other hand, anti-PD-L1 combination with external beam radiotherapy has shown improved outcomes treatment breast lung cancer. The aim this research was prepare 177Lu-labeled preclinically evaluate its radiotherapeutic potential role tumor immunomodulator measuring macrophage activation, IL-10, TGFβ, expression 4T1 triple-negative murine tumors after 177Lu-iPD-L1. ligand, characterized UPLC mass, UV-Vis, FT-IR spectroscopies, showed chemical purity 99%. 177Lu-iPD-L1 radiochemical 98.9 ± 1.1%. In vitro vivo studies demonstrated radiotracer stability human serum (> 97% 24 h evaluated radio-HPLC), adequate affinity PDL1 (IC50 = 4.21 nM), detection assessed 4T1, HCT116, AR42J cells, which verified immunofluorescence Western Blot assays. After (0.4 Bq/cell), flow cytometry results significant decrease viability (dead 56.2%) compared 177LuCl3 34.2%) untreated 9.4%). Among patients with solid tumors, those breast cancer (BC) experience the most severe psychological issues, exhibiting a high global prevalence of depression that negatively impacts prognosis. Depression can be easily missed, and clinical markers for its diagnosis are lacking. Therefore, this study in order to investigate diagnostic BC anxiety explore specific changes metabolism. Thirty-eight thirty-six matched healthy controls were included study. The symptoms participants evaluated by 17-item Hamilton Scale (HAMD-17) Anxiety (HAMA). Plasma levels glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) lipocalin-2 (LCN2) using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, plasma lactate metabolic characteristics analyzed. This revealed GFAP LCN2 may good or also marker anxiety. In addition, metabolism preliminarily explored.
