Regulatory and market forces compel companies to integrate transparency sustainability into their operations. In response the pressing need, study proposes a blockchain-enabled, sustainable, integrated three-layer inventory model for cheese industry under carbon cap-and-trade policy. The ultimate aim is maximize total profit of system with optimal investment in green technology. Prior studies have neglected account blockchain costs spoilage rate control, whereas our findings demonstrate that strategic investments preservation technology yield substantial reductions rates. This study uses literature review (CLR) systematic (SLR) approaches by reviewing 76 published articles from Scopus-indexed journals between years 2012 2023. Further, it analyses qualitative Quranic verses content through use of Stakeholder Theory (ST) ATLAS.ti data analysis software. Findings show that facing halal comprise heterogeneity, questionable raw materials, unethical practices, poor understanding theology, communication gaps, acceptance variability, human resource management problems, supply chain obstacles, improper marketing orientation.
