Abstract Cancer is one of the most dreaded diseases worldwide. Conventional treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy have limitations adverse effects. immunotherapy targeted therapies offer new treatment options. Parasite-based cancer therapy shows promise in fighting tumors. Some parasites anti-cancer properties through multi-mechanistic strategies, with molecular mimicry theory a leading explanation for parasites’ This study aimed to explore existence shared antigenic proteins between ( Trichinella spiralis , Schistosoma mansoni Toxoplasma gondii ) cell lines (MCF-7 human breast A549 lung cancer). Polyclonal antisera against T. S. were generated rabbits. Antibody reactivity extracts MCF-7 cells was detected using SDS-PAGE immunoblotting. Results documented cancers it revealed cross-reactive bands when antibodies at approximate weights 70 35 kDa, an weight 80 kDa. neither reacted nor extracts. this could establish foundation subsequent investigation among broad range cancers. Identification, characterization, anti-neoplastic activity these antigens shed light on pathways potential development novel class innovative vaccine candidates therapeutic parasitic origin therapy.
