Abstract Nowadays, diseases have a high rate of incidence and mortality worldwide. For instance, although various approaches been applied treatment cancer, it has an ever‐increasing throughout globe. Thus, there is fundamental requirement development breakthrough technologies inhibition diseases. Hyaluronic acid (HA) one most practical biopolymers HA lots potential physicochemical (like rheological, structural, molecular weight, ionization, etc.) biomedical properties (bioavailability, biocompatibility, CD44 targeting signaling pathways, components biological organs, mucoadhesion, immunomodulation, etc.), which made candidate tools pharmaceutical sciences. The ease surface modification (carboxylation, amidation, hydroxylation, esterification), bioavailability synthesis routes, administration routes are considered as merits HA‐based vehicles.
