ABSTRACT Mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) form a decentralized communication framework crucial for 6G environments. However, ensuring secure and efficient routing in such remains challenge due to their distributed nature vulnerability attacks. This paper introduces heterogeneous local directed acyclic graph blockchain (HLDAG‐ BC ) combined recalling enhanced recurrent neural (RERNNs) MANET‐IoT The HLDAG‐ offers tamper‐proof identity‐based conditional privacy‐preserving authentication (ICPA) is lightweight node scheme. Network nodes are grouped using kernel neutrosophic c‐means (KNCM) algorithm. optimal cluster heads chosen red piranha optimization (RPO) method. RERNN determines shortest path increase reliability minimize latency. Furthermore, an HDLNN used intrusion detection achieve robust network security. ‐RERNN approach proposed shows that packet delivery ratio improves by 31.35%, throughput 34.56%, latency 30.29%, lifetime 28.67% compared existing approaches, as shown comprehensive evaluations. In conclusion, scalable solution networks, making it viable future applications.
