Purpose:

research

assess

extent
which
universities

Saudi
Arabia
and
Egypt
have
institutionalized
digital
teaching
technologies
(DTTs)
enhance
institutional
sustainability.

management
strategies
moderating
effects

norms,
technological
infrastructure,
economic
factors

relationship,
specifically
examining
their
impact

Learning
Readiness
(VLR)

B.Ed.
across
different
districts
in
Uttar
Pradesh,
India.

growing
dependence
on
technology,
these
utilizing
resources
like
mobile
applications,
Zoom,
Google
Meet,
