ABSTRACT This study explores the role of sustainability practices in facilitating adoption a circular business model within readymade garment (RMG) sector Bangladesh. Specifically, wants to investigate how green supply chain (GSCPs), investment (GI), and human capital (GHC) contribute ensuring RMG (SRMG) transitioning businesses towards economy ( CE ). A survey 589 Bangladeshi managers using 7‐point Likert scale informed this quantitative study. PLS‐SEM revealed significant predictor–outcome correlations, while necessity condition analysis (NCA) identified essential conditions for desired outcomes. found that GSCM, GHC, SRMG significantly positively influence adoption. Additionally, it sustainable (SPs) mediate relationship between GSC, GI, enriches existing knowledge by exploring key relationships proposed model, highlighting direct indirect effects.

Uma das atividades empreendedoras que as universidades vêm realizando é o estímulo à criação de novas empresas, denominadas empresas-filhas universidades. Na Universidade Federal São João del-Rei (UFSJ) observado a escassez informações sobre empreendedorismo e do processo suas empresas-filhas. Assim, obter essas fundamental para aprimoramento ambiente empreendedor formulação estratégias apoio empresas. O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar levantamento perfil da (UFSJ). A metodologia adotada seguiu uma abordagem quantitativa, cunho exploratório descritivo, baseada na coleta dados secundários existentes base Núcleo Empreendedorismo Inovação Tecnológica Social (NETEC). Esses foram compilados analisados por meio estatística descritiva simples, definindo NETEC possui 121 empresas-filhas, os resultados permitiram compreender melhor características dessas resultado demonstra UFSJ tem um número pequeno cadastros empresas tecnológica, era esperado, pois bastante recente. Por consequência, esse servirá como referência planejamento ações futuras parte UFSJ, visando fortalecimento relação universidade com ao fomento ecossistema empreendedor.
