The impact of climate change on nature-based tourism is gaining significance. This study evaluated the impacts and stakeholders’ perspectives subject in Maasai Mara National Reserve World Heritage Site. Surveys interviews were used to collect data. main climate-related threats heavy rain, floods, extreme droughts. These events adversely impacted infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, accommodation facilities, outdoor activities, game viewing, cultural tours, birdwatching, hot air ballooning. They also exacerbated human–wildlife conflicts. key challenges identified dealing with poor planning, non-prioritizing a threat, lack expertise, inadequate research, internal early warning systems. recommendations included prioritization development systems, building resilience toward disasters. contributes practice by making for management other stakeholders. It extends discussions wildlife destinations Africa.
