Democracy, information communication technology helices demonstrate solicited negative relationship with footprints both panels, thus supplementing restoration. fifth helix, PEHB, escalates DCs; however, it abets LDCs. postulated “partially” works DCs LDCs, rejecting its hypothesized role former group while confirming latter group.
