Indoor radon exposure has been an increasing concern in recent years due to its health risks, like lung cancer and leukemia. levels can be determined through measurement but with limitations. An number of studies have started apply simulation methods assess indoor decades. To better understand currently available approaches for estimating exposure, we conducted a systematic review the current levels. Through search screening databases, total 28 related articles were included. The results show that main estimation are mathematical models, statistical methods, geographic information system (GIS) method. factors consider include completion time, building type, floor area, floors, soil texture, materials, degree urbanization. This paper, level assessment provides more understanding this field, important implications accurately spatial time distribution risks.
