Abstract Employee engagement is increasingly important, as it can become a competitive advantage for companies, helping them increase productivity, attract talent and improve customer satisfaction. Numerous works have studied the drivers that encourage employee developed models to identify them. However, existing limitations, literature demands more research on subject since precision of still needs improve. This paper presents computational model estimate accurately. A sample 205 Spanish employees was used, allowing us consider wide sectorial heterogeneity. Different methods been applied under study achieve high-precision model, selecting using Multilayer Perceptron Classifier quantifying impact with Sensitivity Analysis. Five-star hotels in Kenya have experienced high labour turnover which could be attributed to low engagement of workers. This study examined the effect corporate wellness programs on employee five-star Kenya. The was guided by Maslow’s hierarchy needs theory. Positivism research philosophy, descriptive design and stratified proportionate sampling were adopted. Data gathered from a sample 369 workers seven using questionnaires. Tourism is a highly sensitive industry concerned about the social and economic consequences of instability. In this sense, it vital to understand how relationships develop what factors lead satisfaction among stakeholders. Most research on tourism has focused analysing B2C relationships, but B2B have been considerably neglected. This paper aims test whether theoretical postulated in setting are transferable environment. A novel model explain that businesses by considering technology, customer orientation, sustainability, brand equity as key antecedents for relations. Data from 268 managers Spanish hotels were collected through survey. The results obtained partial least squares regression show all one hypotheses proposed supported, so technology fosters both orientation sustainability.
