Uzaktan çalışma, artık neredeyse her yerden çalışabilmeyi mümkün kılan, günümüz çalışma şekilleri arasında hızla yaygınlık kazanan önemli bir kavramdır. 2020 pandemi ve karantina süreçleriyle birlikte “yeni normal” haline gelmiş, internetin teknolojik araçların işyerlerinde yaygınlaşması da bu noktada oldukça etkili olmuştur. çalışmanın yaygınlaşması, konu ile ilgili farklı bakış açılarını beraberinde getirmiş ortaya çıkan sorunları ayrıntılı şekilde inceleme ihtiyacını akademik çalışmaların gündemine taşımıştır. Bu kapsamda amacı, alanın dönüşümünü anlayabilmek için “uzaktan çalışma" konusunda yapılmış yayınları incelemektir. Ayrıntılı gerçekleştirebilmek bibliyometrik ağ analizi tekniklerine dayalı olarak Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanından “remote work” working” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak tarama yapılmıştır. Tarama sonucunda, 1982-2023 yılları yayınlanan toplamda 960 çalışmaya ulaşılmış çeşitli analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler analiz görsel haritalandırma programı olan VOSviewer R programları görselleştirilmiştir. incelenmesiyle, uzaktan kavramında öncü araştırmacılar ülkeler belirlenebilmiştir. belirlenmiş, yapılan çeşitlilik etkileşim gösterdiği görülmüştür. Son elde bulgular alandaki boşlukların belirlenip diğer araştırmacılara yol gösterici olacağı düşünülmektedir.

Objective: This paper aims to investigate the relationship between environmental awareness, green human resource practices, job satisfaction, and banks' sustainability in Jordanian Islamic banks achieve sustainable development goals. Theoretical Framework: study improves organizational performance financial institutions. will help practitioners policymakers support initiatives banking. Method: uses a quantitative approach; data was collected using survey design; total of 270 questionnaires were from employees Jordan. Results Discussion: found that HR practices positively affect bank Jordan, awareness influences both satisfaction. Additionally, satisfaction has mediating role banks. Research Implications: These results highlight how crucial environmentally sensitive long-term viable procedures are success as an organization. Organizational change remains a significant challenge in developing countries, often hindered by entrenched bureaucratic cultures and resistance to reform. This study investigates the key determinants of acceptance among public sector employees Pakistan, focusing on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) region. Using survey 320 workers, this research examines employee attitudes toward organizational through multi-conceptual framework that incorporates technical, organizational, environmental factors. Ten influencing factors were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The findings reveal strong positive relationship between nine factors—change management, IT infrastructure, reward systems, technical competency, top management support, legal frameworks, culture, HRM practices—and employees’ willingness accept change. presents robust explanatory model with high predictive power for acceptance. It provides valuable insights into reform dynamics nations offers practical strategies guide successful initiatives.

This study thus examined effect on absentee employees adopted mixed method. This study aims to underscore the importance of transformational its various dimensions, focusing on impact job satisfaction personal mastery among nursing in healthcare organizations. Method: A cross-sectional design with convenience sampling was used.
