Abstract Rural areas in China are undergoing significant transformations and development phases. This study employs fuzzy‐set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) on quantitative data from a survey of 168 college students to investigate the configurations factors leading high willingness return their hometowns for employment. The focuses intentions as dependent variable, with independent variables including rural sentiment, social compatibility, risk tolerance, family support, life satisfaction. findings reveal nine distinct pathways that meet criteria perfect consistency (1.0) demonstrate explanatory power (coverage 89.19%). These categorized into four types based underlying motivations: emotion‐oriented, value‐oriented, responsibility‐oriented, social‐oriented. results offer theoretical practical insights encouraging talent China, emphasizing importance multifaceted approach incorporates emotional, social, familial considerations. study's contextualized within Chinese socioeconomic environment, offering valuable rural–urban dynamics China. could also be applied other countries regions similar urban–rural immigration patterns.

This research aimed to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on recognition opportunities by agriculture students with mediating role intellectual capital, innovativeness culture, and orientation. The study was conducted among at universities Tehran, Razi in Kermanshah, Ferdowsi Mashhad, Shiraz, Ramin Ahvaz (N = 13,616), all Iran. A sample 386 taken using stratified random technique. instrument standard questionnaires. results showed positively significantly impacted opportunity, orientation, leadership, culture students. Also, impact orientation found be positive significant opportunity recognition. It is concluded that can influence students' capital lead them toward discovering opportunities.

ABSTRACT Batik small‐medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia are recognized for their economic potential the creative industry sector. Nevertheless, waste poses significant environmental concerns. Entrepreneurship, digital technology, innovation, and green innovation understood to potentially enhance SMEs performance contribute sustainability. However, empirical research exploring interrelationship practice, particularly among batik SMEs, remains scarce. This study aims examine construct an model of entrepreneurship, from cases SMEs. Using eight case studies Cirebon Pekalongan cities Indonesia, this finds that entrepreneurship through technology can support innovations, while facilitate entrepreneurial activities.
