Utilizing a document analysis method, feedback from students, instructors, supervisors was evaluated models like Kirkpatrick's CIPP assess program's effectiveness. findings demonstrate that significantly contribute academic growth, fostering deeper engagement their societal roles. underscores importance refining practices address evolving demands workforce while maintaining alignment core Pancasila. integrated approach offers framework developing well-rounded individuals, equipped both career success meaningful contributions society.
