This study explores the relationships among entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE), intention, and business performance in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Indonesia. Using an explanatory research design Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), data from 159 respondents were analyzed to examine direct mediated effects of ESE on performance. Results indicate that significantly influences both intention performance, highlighting critical role fostering intentions ultimately enhance village-owned enterprises. These findings suggest enhancing can lead improved outcomes, providing valuable insights for policymakers practitioners aiming support growth enterprises
