Purpose This study develops and tests a model that explores how human capital impacts micro-business performance through the sequential mediation of new technology adoption entrepreneurial bricolage. Objetivo: diagnosticar la situación actual de las mipymes del sector agroindustrial Valledupar con el fin potenciar su internacionalización. Metodología: se aplicó una metodología enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, y un diseño no experimental, transeccional campo. Como muestra para estudio, seleccionaron cuarenta agroindustrial, empleando método muestreo aleatorio estratificado a través afijación uniforme. Se utilizó, además, técnica encuesta y, como instrumento, cuestionario. Resultados: realizó análisis detallado basado en modelo PESTEL matrices Evaluación Factores Externos (EFE) Internos (IFE), propusieron estrategias utilizando matriz Fortalezas, Oportunidades, Debilidades Amenazas (FODA). Según evaluación factores externos (MEFE), favorecen oportunidades que les brinda entorno evitan amenazas externas. Sin embargo, internos (MEFI) reveló resultado desfavorable: aprovechan ventajas competitivas internas mejorar desempeño. Conclusiones: agroindustriales enfrentan desafíos significativos internacionalización, falta empleados competencias otros idiomas experiencia comercio internacional. estas empresas tienen potencial al contar colaboradores suficientes, eficiencia generación utilidades acceso acuerdos comerciales plataformas digitales, lo cual facilita expansión mercados internacionales.
