The purpose of this study was to investigate players' experiences and perceptions the menstrual cycle (MC) perceived impact on performance. Objectives The aim of this review was to summarise the existing literature concerning implementation menstrual cycle tracking in applied sport settings. Methods For scoping review, database searches were conducted ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus, SportDISCUS, and Web Science.
