Efficient thermal management is very critical for the performance and longevity of modern electronic devices, making development high conductivity materials essential. In this work, effect nanoparticle/nanosheet hybrid fillers on polymer nanocomposites (PNCs) was explored by using coarse-grained molecular dynamics (CGMD) simulation. First, effects nanosphere composites were studied in terms filling fraction, size, physical interfacial interaction. The results show that maximum probability achieved with a smaller particle larger stronger matrix–filler addition, we further examined hybrid-filled composites, dispersion state fillers, contribution two filler components to formation network. Compared PNCs single type filler, filled nanoparticles/nanosheets exhibit superior conduction lower percolation threshold, which attributed fact addition nanoparticles promotes sheets networks. By controlling filler–matrix interaction nanoparticles, can also be modified. conclusion, study deepens our understanding how form network between sheets, providing theoretical guidance more efficient polymeric materials.
