This project aims to improve younger generation's comprehension of business communication how deliver presentations effectively front an audience. This study empirically examines the controversial impact of pandemic on digitalization micro- and small enterprises (MSEs) in Canton Fribourg, Switzerland. Previous research suggests that COVID-19 has accelerated digital transformation while also amplifying preexisting vulnerabilities among MSEs. Several MSEs benefited greatly from to survive; others faced serious obstacles because financial technological limitations. Our reveals that, one hand, micro-enterprises exhibited greater levels compared their larger counterparts, mitigating "liability smallness" through flexibility adaptability. On other organizational structure constraints limited broader adoption prioritized short-term survival over strategic transformation. These insights underscore need for targeted policies address challenges by MSEs, focusing improving access infrastructure enhancing antifragility face future crises.

Dalam lanskap teknologi yang serba cepat dan selalu berubah saat ini, peran budaya organisasi dalam mendorong inovasi telah menjadi bidang minat penting bagi perusahaan teknologi. Studi deskriptif ini menguji pengaruh terhadap di XYZ Startup, sebuah terkemuka berlokasi Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, menggabungkan data kualitatif dari wawancara semi-terstruktur analisis dokumen dengan kuantitatif survei karyawan metrik inovasi. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa Startup memupuk kewirausahaan ditandai pengambilan risiko, kreativitas, komunikasi terbuka. Kepemimpinan visioner para pendiri berperan membentuk menginspirasi untuk berpikir kreatif mengambil risiko diperhitungkan. Survei menunjukkan persepsi positif tentang organisasi, merasa diberdayakan mengusulkan ide-ide baru memiliki kebebasan bereksperimen. Metrik peningkatan peluncuran produk sukses, pengajuan paten, pengeluaran penelitian pengembangan, mencerminkan dampak nyata pendukung pada hasil menggarisbawahi pentingnya startup Implikasi studi menumbuhkan kewirausahaan, memberdayakan karyawan, mempromosikan kolaborasi, berinvestasi pengembangan adalah strategi ingin meningkatkan kemampuan inovatif mereka.

Studi longitudinal ini menyelidiki dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan startup bisnis di kalangan alumni manajemen Kota Bandung. menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, mengumpulkan data melalui survei dan wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi kuat antara keputusan memulai bisnis, dengan sekitar 82% peserta mengaitkan usaha mereka pengalaman mereka. Analisis mengungkapkan bahwa dipimpin oleh memiliki tingkat kelangsungan hidup, pertumbuhan pendapatan, profitabilitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan tidak tersebut. Realising such importance, this study aims determine driving factors intention among university students by adopting cross-sectional design quantitative approach.
