Abstract In this research, a flower-shape photonic crystal fiber sensor is proposed and designed. sensor, the most electromagnetic field concentrated in core part of flower causing surprising increase sensitivity sensor. Gold used as plasmonic material for stability environment. The analyte placed outside it makes possibility fabrication simple. geometrical parameters are optimized with Nelder Mead algorithm. detection power bio range to determine concentration sucrose hemoglobin. Taking advantage amazing geometry nested circles confine center significant achievement. Using optimal algorithm design leads adaptation efficient construction results show an excellent amplitude 5285 (RIU −1 ) suitable wavelength 11000 (nm RIU ).
