Tarihsel süreçte teknolojinin etkisi ile araç sistemleri değişmiş ve elektrikle çalışan araçlar ortaya çıkmıştır. 19. yüzyılda yaşanan gelişmeler çıkan elektrikli araçlar, çevre bilincinin de artması birlikte daha önemli hale gelmiştir. Ancak halen Türkiye gibi birçok ülkede araçlara verilen önemin altyapı çalışmalarının yeterli olmadığı görülmektedir. Özellikle Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde bulunan illerde için sağlanamamıştır. Öte yandan bölgede hava kirliliği oluşumuna çeşitli faktörler neden olabilir. Bu kirlilik üzerinde karayolu ulaşımının da bulunabilir. durumda sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanmasını güç getirebilir. bağlamda ulaşımından kaynaklanan CO2 emisyonunun belirlenmesi hangi il ne düzeyde bir tedbir alınması gerektiğinin buna uygun çözüm önerileri getirilmesi bakımından önemlidir. nedenle bu çalışmada, 2010 2023 yıllarında illerin ulaşım emisyonunu belirlemek amaçlanmaktadır. Bunun IPCC tarafından önerilen yaklaşımlar arasında Tier 1 yöntemi kullanılarak hesaplama yapılmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuca göre, yılında en fazla emisyonu 737,83 GgCO2 Malatya ilinin olduğu Bunu 672,67 Erzurum, 613,25 Elazığ, 510,38 Van takip etmektedir. Dolayısıyla başta emisyonun yüksek iller olmak üzere emisyon artışı olan tüm seviyesinde azaltıcı etkide bulunacak uygulama politika düzenlemelerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Aksi takdirde seviyesi çok yükselerek ağır boyutlara ulaşabilir. elektrik kullanımının yaygınlaştırılması öncelikle yönelik ekonomik teknolojik konularda iyileştirmeler yapılması gerekmektedir. sayede özellikle enerji, ekonomi, alanlarda küresel boyutta gerçekleşmesine katkı sağlanabilir.

Abstract As the world moves towards sustainable development, reduction of air pollution is considered an important factor. Abstract Long-haul freight shipment in the United States relies on diesel trucks and constitutes ∼3% of U.S. greenhouse gas emissions a significant share local air pollution. Here, we compare climate pollution-related health damages from electric versus long-haul truck fleets.
