In recent years, Dengue virus (DENV) has continued to pose significant health risks in tropical and subtropical areas worldwide, raising alerts worldwide. It can cause hyperviremia humans even lead fatal clinical diseases. The life cycle of DENV is intricately linked cellular lipids, the selectively utilizes relevant enzymes involved lipid metabolism modulate existing metabolic system host cells during entry, replication, assembly, other stages, thereby creating an environment conducive its complete replication cycle.
