The rise of antibiotic-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strains, particularly MRSA, complicates the management skin and soft tissue infections. This review highlights ultrasonic methodologies as adjunctive therapies to combat S. aureus-driven infections prevent progression biofilm formation chronic wounds.
