Abstract STUDY QUESTION Is there evidence of a plateau in the cumulative live birth rate (cLBR) after certain number consecutive transfers untested embryos? SUMMARY ANSWER In our cohort 11 463 women, cLBR continues to increase with each additional transfer an embryo, reaching 68.3% six blastocyst and 78.0% 10 transfers.
