ABSTRACT
Objective
To
analyse
global
prevalence
data
for
infertility
due
to
endometriosis
from
1990
2021,
emphasising
health
inequalities.
Design
Population‐based
study.

recent
years,
intracytoplasmic
sperm
injection
(ICSI)
has
become
the
main
selected
option
in
more
than
half
of
assisted
reproductive
technologies
(ARTs)
cycles
conducted
each
year.
Selecting
most
competent
cells
with
highest
fertilization
potential
is
crucial
to
improve
clinical
outcomes
following
ICSI
procedure.
Microfluidic
(MF)
chips
have
emerged
as
a
new
alternative
conventional
methods
for
selecting
high‐quality
spermatozoa
minimal
DNA
fragmentation.
However,
due
lack
consensus
about
effects
MF
selection
on
outcomes,
present
study,
we
systematically
reviewed
and
meta‐analyzed
impact
rate
(FR),
embryo
quality
(EQ),
euploidy
(ER),
pregnancy
(PR),
live
birth
(LBR)
ART
procedures.

systematic
comprehensive
literature
search
PubMed,
Scopus,
Web
Science
databases
was
determine
fertility

random

subgroup

revealed
that

higher
FR
improved
unexplained
infertile
male
factor
infertility
patients.

results

репродуктивної
медицини.

СПКЯ

інсулінорезистентністю
та
метаболічними
порушеннями,

впливають
на
овуляцію,
якість
ооцитів
імплантаційну
здатність
ендометрія.

репродуктивні

саме
екстракорпоральне
запліднення,
провідними
методиками
лікування
таких
пацієнток,
однак
їх
ефективність
часто
знижується
через
порушення
рецептивності

роботи

проаналізувати
вплив
метаболічних
порушень
при
імплантацію
ембріона,
зокрема
гормональні
запальні
механізми,
основі
сучасних
наукових
досліджень.

Відбиралися
рецензовані
статті,
висвітлюють
молекулярні

Результати.
Імплантація
ембріона
складний
процес,
залежить
від
злагодженої
взаємодії
ендокринної,
імунної
судинної
систем,
також
При
синдромі
полікістозних
яєчників
імплантації
зумовлені
гормональним
дисбалансом,
інсулінорезистентністю,
дефектами
ангіогенезу
хронічним
запаленням,
знижує
ймовірність
успішного
прикріплення

ендометрія
оксидативний
стрес

Abstract
Background
One
in
six
people
experience
infertility,
often
leading
couples
to
seek
Assisted
Reproductive
Technology
(ART),
which
can
be
emotionally
taxing.
Anxiety
and
depression
are
common
among
individuals
undergoing
ART,
highlighting
the
need
for
integrated
mental
health
support,
especially
women
who
face
heightened
risk
of
psychiatric
disorders
during
their
reproductive
years.
Despite
importance
care,
there
is
limited
knowledge
regarding
use
medications
ART.
Methods
Following
a
pre-written
protocol
(osf.io/egxw8/),
we
systematically
searched
electronic
databases
(Ovid
MEDLINE,
Embase,
CENTRAL,
Web
Science,
PsycInfo,
Scopus)
up
15.02.2025
identify
any
study
focused
on
psychopharmacotherapy
Two
independent
reviewers
screened
titles,
abstracts,
full
texts,
performed
data
extraction,
resolved
conflicts
through
discussion
or
consultation
with
third
reviewer.
We
synthesized
using
descriptive
analysis
within
following
subgroups:

group
medication
