Pulmonary sequestration is a rare congenital pulmonary anomaly where portion of the lung parenchyma supplied by an anomalous systemic artery, usually originating from thoracic or abdominal aorta. Traditionally surgical resection and ligation aberrant feeding vessel are gold standard treatments this disease. Hybrid operations consisting in endovascular arterial embolization promising treatment option. We report case 69-years-old man with symptomatic intralobular successfully treated hybrid approach.
