This
paper
comparatively
studies
and
analyses
the
ecological
characteristics
of
four
species
belonging
to
order
Coraciiformes
(Coracias
garrulus,
Alcedo
atthis,
Merops
apiaster,
persicus)
that
are
widely
distributed
in
Uzbekistan.
Additionally,
frequency,
feeding
behaviour,
nesting
station
distribution,
unique
reproductive
cycles,
economic
importance,
distribution
areas,
dynamics
these
thoroughly
presented.
By
identifying
mutual
similarities
differences
species,
aims
contribute
their
conservation
urgent
cases,
management
behaviour.
Notably,
recent
years,
illegal
hunting

mitigate
damage

Considering
the
limited
data
available
on
tree
species
in
Uzbekistan,
this
research
aimed
to
provide
new
insights.
We
gathered
plant
samples
from
different
locations
within
Samarkand
city
and
thoughtfully
selected
15
that
represent
country's
flora.
Using
scanning
electron
microscopy,
we
conducted
comprehensive
analyses
of
pollen
morphology,
revealing
a
diverse
range
variations
shapes,
dimensions,
surface
characteristics
displayed
by
grains.
Distinct
ornamentations
such
as
micro-echinate,
reticulate,
rugulate,
gemmate-verrucate,
verrucate-scabrate
patterns
facilitated
differentiation
species.
These
microscopy
findings
enhance
our
comprehension
diversity,
adaptation,
ecological
roles.
In
addition,
leaf
extracts
were
analyzed
using
HPLC
GC-MS,
plethora
bioactive
compounds,
including
catechins,
chlorogenic
acid,
vanillic
others.
Furthermore,
GC-MS
analysis
revealed
presence
seven
key
1-hexadecyne,
2-chloroethanol,
1,6-heptadiene,
2-methyl-,
5-bromoadamantan-2-one,
ethyl
3-(3-pyridyl)
propenoate,
bis
(2-ethylhexyl)
phthalate,
quercetin.
This
study
demonstrates
effectiveness
method
assessing
quality
examining
both
microscopic
chemical
composition.

more
profound
appreciation

significance

applications.
