Determining the medical properties of Physalis alkekengi L. extracts, extracting active compounds with antibacterial activity and immunostimulatory properties, that is, physalins flavonoids, requires development biotechnology for creation virus-free, healthy medicinal plants by microclonal propagation using modern biotechnological approaches. In this article, TMV-Ph strain tobacco mosaic virus was isolated from plant its biological, morphological physical characteristics were studied. TMV- Ph identified to be belong Virgaviridae family tobamovirus group. As a result research on topic, disease symptoms in plant, methods isolating biologically purifying developed. To achieve this, viral sap prepared leaves infected inoculated into Nicotiana sylvestris isolate virus. For biological purification, infectious glutinosa plant. The resulting necroses excised, passed through two more times mononecrotic state, thereby it. After that, transferred host propagate.

This paper comparatively studies and analyses the ecological characteristics of four species belonging to order Coraciiformes (Coracias garrulus, Alcedo atthis, Merops apiaster, persicus) that are widely distributed in Uzbekistan. Additionally, frequency, feeding behaviour, nesting station distribution, unique reproductive cycles, economic importance, distribution areas, dynamics these thoroughly presented. By identifying mutual similarities differences species, aims contribute their conservation urgent cases, management behaviour. Notably, recent years, illegal hunting apiaster persicus genus Merops, mitigate damage caused bee farms destruction nests has negatively impacted other within genus.

Considering the limited data available on tree species in Uzbekistan, this research aimed to provide new insights. We gathered plant samples from different locations within Samarkand city and thoughtfully selected 15 that represent country's flora. Using scanning electron microscopy, we conducted comprehensive analyses of pollen morphology, revealing a diverse range variations shapes, dimensions, surface characteristics displayed by grains. Distinct ornamentations such as micro-echinate, reticulate, rugulate, gemmate-verrucate, verrucate-scabrate patterns facilitated differentiation species. These microscopy findings enhance our comprehension diversity, adaptation, ecological roles. In addition, leaf extracts were analyzed using HPLC GC-MS, plethora bioactive compounds, including catechins, chlorogenic acid, vanillic others. Furthermore, GC-MS analysis revealed presence seven key 1-hexadecyne, 2-chloroethanol, 1,6-heptadiene, 2-methyl-, 5-bromoadamantan-2-one, ethyl 3-(3-pyridyl) propenoate, bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, quercetin. This study demonstrates effectiveness method assessing quality examining both microscopic chemical composition. multifaceted approach has deepened understanding compositions these trees, thus contributing more profound appreciation their significance potential applications.

The Asteraceae family of plants, which has 16,000–17,000 genera and 24,000–30000 species, is diverse widely spread, notably in the tropics subtropics. capitula head bracket traits that are unique to this genus plants. This study’s goal was identify micro-morphological makeup trichomes Parthenium hysterophorus L. Invasive weed erect, short-lived fast-growing plant found hot areas known for its luxuriant growth. As stem attains maturity, becomes harder. Mature stems greenish coated tiny, soft hairs called hirustles. Later leaves simple deeply pinnatifid, while early create a rosette habitat. Hundreds tiny flower heads, or capitulum, arranged clusters at apex branches. Trichomes epidermal appendages frequently seen on leaves, stems, fruits There two types trichomes: glandular non-glandular. immature were cut into slices, layers removed, specimen examined X4, X10, X40, X100 magnifications under light microscope. sample taken from stem, located one three centimeters tip. 14 different trichomes, including cylindrical, moniliform, uniseriate, non-glandular sessile, palate observed petiole, These primarily identified based their structural differences. an important taxonomic tool differentiating between species genera. In respect aridity, study presents several new features give future taxonomists basic understanding trichome diversity.
