'Shuijingmiyou' pummelo (SJ), one of the most popular fruits in Yunnan province China, is relatively low fruit shape (FS) quality. In this study, we compared FS promoting effects cross pollinations using pollens from seven varieties, and found that 'Guanximiyou' (GX) cross-pollination showed best on SJ by shortening its neck. To explore underlying mechanism, physiochemical transcriptomic differences between self- cross-pollinated ovaries (SJO GXO) were investigated. Higher salicylic acid, gibberellin indole acetic acid contents superoxide dismutase, peroxidase catalase activities, lower polyphenol oxidase activity determined GXO with SJO. Enrichment analysis identified 578 differentially expressed genes (123 up-regulated 455 down-regulated) involved solute transport, RNA biosynthesis, phytohormone action cell wall organization significantly enriched. The results obtained study will be helpful understanding influences ovary development, can provide basis for clarifying mechanism improved

To investigate the regulation mechanism of exogenous plant growth regulators on sugar accumulation 'Fengtang' plum fruits, and to provide theoretical support for improving content fruits. The expression fruit fractions related genes was determined by spraying different concentrations abscisic acid (ABA) Gibberellic 3 (GA3) during critical period in plum. results showed that ABA treatment increased soluble solids content, delayed decline firmness, sucrose sorbitol decreased glucose fructose at 90 100 days after flowering, while GA3 110 flowering; Exogenous significantly transporter protein PsSWEET4 PsSTP1 as well phosphate synthase PsSUS4 PsSPS2 whereas neutral converting enzyme PsNINV1/3/4 90, 100, flowering convert glucose. conclusion is increases increasing PsSPS2, decreases delays ripening decreasing transforming break down into

Texture is an important quality index reflecting a series of sensory evaluations fruit, and softening the main texture change most postharvest fruit. Persimmon fruit (Diospyros kaki) shows pattern decreasing firmness after harvest, leading to short duration sale excessive waste. We found that treatment with gibberellin (GA) could effectively inhibit persimmon but underlying mechanism unclear. In GA signal transduction pathway, DELLA protein key component involved in many growth development processes regulated by GA, while whether GA-regulated ripening not yet known. this research, two genes DkDELLA1/2 were enhance transactivation effect DkNAC9 on DkEGase1 promoter, thus participating GA. The results may provide new findings for regulatory network family.
