Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the work done by ASHAs in upliftment health services selected villages and improvements rural due ASHA schemes. Design/methodology/approach: Both primary secondary sources were used, data collected with help self-structured questionnaire using purposive sampling from 90 respondents ten Garnai i.e. Gangal, lota Garnai, Upper Kriya, Dela, Nagallia, Bishora, Padder, Mulgal Bai, Tunday Tlay five point likert scale, in-depth interview villagers. PLS technique was used for analyzing data. Findings: worker plays a pivotal role Reproductive Child Health care (RCH) family planning, gain high degree acceptability study area. village community members paying attention advice given taking immunization vaccine like DPT, BCG, OPV TT injections their children also seeking guidance regarding problems. Counselling Service Delivery accepted, hence H1a H1c accepted. However, Availability support are not significantly contributing service delivery, hypothesis H1b H1d rejected. result indicate that delivery impacting quality services. Hence H2 Research limitations/implications: limited only one sub centre future more centres can be included research. further extended across various regions, states establish validity NHRM Originality: workers playing crucial during drive emphasizing on child survival, promoting reproductive health, safe motherhood, ensure birth healthy child, spacing planning child.

Abstract Background: Kenya has identified Primary Health Care Networks (PCNs) as a key reform to strengthen (PHC) delivery. It enacted the Act of 2023 facilitate their implementation. PCNs were piloted in Kisumu and Garissa counties 2020 rolled out nationally 2023. This study examined implementation experience PCN Kenya. Methods: We used cross-sectional qualitative process evaluation design. collected data at national level five purposefully selected using in-depth interviews (n=65) document reviews between February June 2024. Participants included stakeholders from (Ministry Health, development implementing partners, Council Governors), county (county health departments, sub-county managers, multi-disciplinary team (MDT) members, facility frontline workers), community (community committee chairs workers). reviewed policy documents reports on for reviews. analysed thematic approach. Results: The emergence was motivated by technocratic that underlying challenges PHC service delivery proposed solution, well political interest support facilitated adoption. effectiveness across varied, with critical aspects design, such establishment MDTs digitisation inadequately implemented. compromised capacity gaps foundational systems, including financing, human resources, commodities, information systems. PCNs’ further undermined limited integration functions – resource management, commodity supply chains, care coordination. Abstract Background The field of bioethics examines the moral and ethical dilemmas that arise in biological sciences, healthcare, medical practices. There has been a rise negligence cases, complaints against healthcare workers, public dissatisfaction with professionals, according to reports from Indian Medical Council other associations. We intend assess level knowledge, attitude, practice among registered professionals (HCPs) Maharashtra, India. Methods A State-level online survey was conducted HCPs ( n = 2143) casing all five regions Maharashtra state using pre-tested self-administered questionnaire. responses were expressed as mean, proportions their standard deviation 95% CI respectively. Binary logistic regression multivariate model used determine factors associated bioethics. Results Of 2143 included this study, most them (65.2%) had adequate knowledge Adequate lower age, profession (nurses dentists), employment private sector, HCPS at Marathwada Pune, higher educational attainment. About 3 5 (59.4%) favorable attitude towards bioethics, profession, place work, region practice, work experience. distribution unethical practices 10 items proportionally high, only 34.4% reported good/fair practice. common allowing patients be examined by interns, not informing about professional misconduct regulatory bodies. Conclusion Most which is encouraging would favor laying foundation for forming good framework. Only 3/5 demonstrated observed alarmingly common. serious consideration evaluate compliance periodically measures educate, sensitize, train warranted.
