This paper examines the conflicting temporal orders of regional nurse, a role which has been introduced to deal with increasing demands aged care and workforce shortages in settings. We build on ethnographic research Netherlands, we examine district nurses as new professional that attends (sub)acute needs, connecting coordinating different places during out office hours. use concept 'temporal order' reflect ways caring practices are temporally structured by management practitioners, close interaction patients informal givers. In results three types disruptions order distinguished: interfering bodily rhythms needs; (un)expected workings technologies; disrupting acts patient relatives. It was region nurses' prime responsibility stabilise these interferences prevent or soften disruption order. accomplishing this, show how craft their between various settings, without getting involved too much care, be mobile caregivers'.
