Background/Objectives: International studies state that older adults are at an increased risk of mental health symptoms and disorders (depression, anxiety, stress), especially elderly women aged >65 years. The literature on this topic is scarce, there a need for investigate the associations between issues overall in women. This study aimed to depression, stress association with status. Methods: A community-based cross-sectional was conducted Klaipeda, Lithuania, 2020. survey included (n = 306) 65 80 years studying Third Age University Klaipeda city. DASS-21 SHSQ-25 scales were used survey. Associations correlations both scale indicators calculated. Results: Sociodemographic factors such as age, marital status, place residence not statistically significant terms health, except living alone, who had slightly lower levels depressive (p 0.015). Objetivo: Avaliar a eficácia de um Programa Intervenção Reiki para Idosos na redução sintomas ansiedade e depressão entre idosos brasileiros. Método: Foi realizado ensaio clínico randomizado com 49 beneficiários serviços atenção primária. Metade recebeu ao longo cinco semanas. Aqueles alocados no grupo controle não receberam nenhuma intervenção. Resultados: O reduziu significativamente os intervenção, em comparação controle. Conclusão: pode ser uma intervenção eficaz promoção da saúde mental idosos.

Background Stress is a key psychological issue that affects the physical and mental health of science university students. The aim this study was to investigate effects stress reduction by AM among Methods This quasi-experimental conducted at Thammasat University's Faculty Dentistry from August December 2023. subjects were first-year dental students who had an initial Perceived Scale (T-PSS-10) between 1 26 participated in Anapanasati meditation training program (AMTP) focused on concentration meditation. Participants attended four AMTP workshops weeks 1, 4, 8, 14. levels assessed using T-PSS-10 one week before study, 14 18. Data analysis included descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) repeated measures ANOVA. Effect size Bonferroni statistic used for mean difference evaluation. Results A total 28 participants recruited study. results demonstrated significant decrease following program. scores decreased 17.7 9.8 8.4 18 weeks, respectively (t= 0.79 0.93, p<0.001). Qualitative feedback also indicated positive academic focus, reduction, relaxation, interpersonal relationships. Conclusion helps healthcare reduce enhance overall well-being.

The aim was to identify the practical applicability of Depression, Anxiety and Stress scale (DASS-21) in elderly across countries. Online database searches (EMBASE, PubMed, SciELO) were performed sample characteristics, purpose using this scale, location participant recruitment. search terms included “Aged” OR “Elderly” with term "dass 21” “depression, anxiety, stress scale-21”. initial data yielded 855 studies, 833 excluded. Finally, 22 full-text analyzed for study purposes, developed 13 different countries, including 14,339 participants. samples composed predominantly women, ages ranging between 60 91 years.
